A little late but just wanted to share mine, Jen and Big D’s 5 day break to Hamburg a week ago…
The trip started with my Sons new found fascination with Aeroplanes… bloody expensive 2 hour wait in the departure lounge…
Great time had by all wandering the streets and taking brunch… I do miss the continental way…
They certainly know how to prep a city for Christmas… and as for the parks… wow… 40 meter zip lines and 25 meter giant tyre swings… and that’s for adults… For the kids…wow… you know it must be great growing up with such amenities… The UK could learn a lot from this.
We stayed up in Winterhude at a friends apartment overlooking a canal. Beautiful. So many thanks Stefan and Barbara
