Continued Relationships with EndoCare

Last summer Michael Sultan, one of Harley Street’s finest, asked We Love Creative Agency to look at EndoCare’s branding and offline marketing material. A year later the business is thriving and with EndoCare opening another practice in Richmond, this October, plus a concession within another practice, it’s time for us to extend our skills through to their online comms – starting with an Information Architecture overhaul and redesign of their existing website.

There are two key end user types to cater for – dental practitioner and patient – turning this into a project highly focused on User Experience and task management. By establishing the needs of these two disparate user types, and how they both interact with technology, will determine how the site is developed in it’s initial stage – but also, through the use of UX tools such as Crazy Egg, how it will develop and grow in future phases.

Stay tuned for Phase 1, due to be launched on October the 1st and we’ll keep you posted on future, exciting iterations.
