Things have been super busy here at the We Love manor, busy pitching – yes… but also creating a little marketing magic for our clients. And here is the first announcement… expect more in the very near future.
This week we launched Putney Hill for our long term client – A2 Dominion.
Tasked with creating a fully rounded campaign for a new housing development in Putney, SW15. Our responsibilities encompassed the creative process inclusive of brand initiation, concept creation and development, brochure, signage, hoarding, outdoor and other press, social media planning and implementation and last but not least – site design and technical build.

Traditional techniques for selling new developments rely heavily on promoting a lifestyle, aspiration and idealism which is personal to the prospective buyer. Our creative resulted in a campaign which uses the voice of the local residents, businesses and visitors of Putney to highlight the niche areas, best eateries, shops, unique experiences, etc which exist for prospective residents. Bringing Putney up close and personal via social channel activation such as Twitter, Facebook and Foursquare in real time.
