Affordable Home Ownership Awards finalists… yes siree…

Off the back of the succesful launch of the Putney Hill development. WeLove72 along with A2dominion have been shortlisted for the Most effective marketing campaign at this years Affordable Home Ownership Awards.

A2Dominion required a fully integrated campaign for a new housing development in Putney, SW15. We used the voice of the locals, businesses and visitors of Putney to highlight the niche areas and unique experiences, which exist for prospective residents.

We brought the development straight to the target audience with social channel activation, through the use of Twitter, Facebook and Foursquare in real time. The microsite allowed users to discover what’s on offer through an interactive map including: the development, social discovery, for the active and essential living.

Now we just need to figure out how to work with our fingers crossed untill September!

Another award? Oh yeah baby…

In a week of awards and nominations we’re all happy happy joy joy to have just received a Design Licks Site of the Day (5th July) for Digital Gurus.

Design Licks sets a very high standard, so we’re chuffed to bits to be keeping such good company – well done guys.

Most Innovative Marketing Award

We’ve just found out we’ve been nominated for the Most Innovative Marketing Award, for our cross-channel strategy and creative for the Grand Ocean development in Brighton. A big thanks to everyone involved, Dan for the design, Gav and Mel for the build and animations, Mark for the colour orange and particularly to Jenny and John from INplace for trusting in our conceptual approach.

Looking forward to the 3rd of September where Channel 4′s Sarah Beeny will hopefully hand us the marketing crown of ultimate victory (or something similar. A small gold coloured cup would probably do)
