We have recently won the strategy and comms for the new A2Dominion development on Putney Hill. Part of the delivery will be will be creating a bespoke website along with all online & offline marketing materials to be used when activating interest and generating leads for the 54 part buy / part rent apartments – located at the Barratts ‘Putney Square’ development. Concepting has just kicked off, so keep an eye out for what is sure to be another award contender.

We have also been busying ourselves creating further lovelies for INplace. Focused around the second phase of their Kender development in New Cross we have applied our love of fresh thinking to maximise the local and architectual attributes into a rather sweet brochure… we will be posting up the results soon. Working from the concept ‘A slice of life’, we created a visually appealing brochure, ‘coming soon’ advert and ‘launch’ email to promote this new development across Brighton. We used brightly coloured overlays, clear space and layers to represent the different levels of life available at this great location.

The series of work came together to effectively show how Central Life has everything on its doorstep, waiting for you to make it your own.

We are pleased to say that the finished results helped with the extremely successful launch of the development, which took place at the weekend. At the launch, a staggering 17 reservations were made on the 11 apartments that have been released so far. (The combined activities resulted in the extremely successful launch of the development – where a staggering 17 reservations were made on the 11 apartments that were released.)

This has been a great project to work on with a great result for our client, so we couldn’t be happier. Here’s to many more in the future…

Working from the concept “A slice of life”, we created a brochure with brightly coloured overlays, clear space and layers transcoloured stock representing the different levels of life that Ebenezer Apartments and Brighton has to offer. This has been a great project to work on. A big well done to everyone involved.

With it’s vibrant location and stunning apartments alive with character, the concept ‘Living in the Heart’, was achieved by wrapping the brochure around the development and the lifestyle that it enables – always keeping Eyot Heights, it’s life and energy, at it’s heart.

Some awesome 3d floor plans were provided by the guys at Rescommedia and we will be looking to work with them again in the future.

The brochure was well received and we are already gearing up for the next development, Ebenezer Church in Brighton, which is looking really exciting. So keep checking back for more updates.

The site, ‘Life’s a Bounce‘ which showcases properties at Ingress Park, Greenhithe had a tremendous effect on generating overall interest and awareness as well (most importantly) fuelling an increase in overall sales. Within 2 weeks 20 properties had been reserved.

Result for all parties involved.

We are busy interviewing for a tip top developer and project manager to join the family as we are growing (as per plan…) and thus have had to organise more space to house the talent – taking another 1000 square feet of this glorious building which we call home (including the fabulous butlers lounge!!) – Well we will need somewhere to put the table football.

We have had an extremely busy time pitching into some fabulous brands, some of which are looking extremely fruitful, so keep an ear to the We Love grapevine for breaking news. The big news this week is of our new relationship with L’Oreal Active Cosmetics. We are busy working on the Vichy Consult site as I type.

We have launched a few sites over the last two months and next week are due to launch a couple more… again stay tuned for these extremely wonderful and groundbreaking babies… We have produced a new brochure for an exciting housing development in Brighton for INplace and one for West Kent College (a new client of ours I am not sure we have shouted about yet).

We have continued to deliver for Mobix / Seachange. Unfortunately, due to contract I can’t share the work to date with you, but I can say that it will alter the way you consume media in the future. Very exciting and a long / strong relationship has been formed.

James has been busy defining a new breed of tweeter… strangely called a grunter… this being the cool people of the twitter world… after visiting several tweet-ups. And we are hopefully getting approval for some seriously cool virals for another of our long clients.

Gav and Mel have fallen in love with Python – the future of development – after visiting some geek fest in the big smoke.

Last, but by no means least… our new website. It will be with you soon. And yes it is going to be magical. I can’t wait!

The launch party was a great success and although we couldn’t have bouncing space-hoppers scattered around London as part of the guerrilla marketing campaign (mainly for legal reasons…), we were able to sneak it in on the website! Already this campaign has generated plenty of interest and the properties are selling almost as quickly as the ones for Grand Ocean.

Going up against stiff competition in the form of London & Quadrant and Sentinel, the decision was reached by the evaluation of a number of criteria, most importantly that of measurable results – including sales, and customer satisfaction and engagement.

Needless to say we were absolutely thrilled by this – our thanks goes to everyone who was involved, both agency and client side: particularly Jenny, John and Debbie for trusting in our conceptual approach; and Dan, Mel and Gav for pulling the whole thing together.
