Nia joins straight from graduating with a BA in Politics from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwhich. Not a ‘green’ grad- she has experience as a fundraiser for the UEA Alumni Association, and previous work experience within PR & Events in Kent.

She brings the New Business & Marketing roll-call to three, and is busy getting stuck into all aspects of agency (and new business) life.

Someone who can quickly put together prototypes in the most appropriate language to prove that killer idea has legs. Someone who can work with our business guys to scope and plan the production of it. Someone who has a flair for animation and a desire to learn and promote new technologies. Someone with a passion for telling stories with HTML, Flash, iPhone, Android or anything else that comes along. Someone who knows how to get the best out of the web to deliver the rich experiences our clients demand…

She joins us after working at a multitude of agencies where she performed magic for NS&I, Friends Provident, Cancer Research and Lexus (among others)… oh and she likes coffee. Ace. Get them in!!

Nathan is Kent born and bred, and we are glad he has decided to keep his talent local by joining the We Love family.

Skill sets and Personality: You should ooze talent, have vision and can code the ass off Kylie. You know your way around flash and can animate better than the Warner Brothers, ActionScript better than Cyborg, as well as being willing to prove yourself in a growing, fast paced industry.

We won’t tie you down to PureMVC or any other framework – good OO design principles and high code standards are all that’s required. AS3, PHP/Python and a good knowledge of HTML/CSS a must – anything else will be a bonus and knowledge of the Gaia flash framework is favourable.

You use BZR/SVN/GIT regularly and have experience with issue tracking apps like Trac. You are someone who is mature enough to understand a brief, and can take direction as well as contribute and show initiative.

You must have a couple of years experience behind you and be Mac happy and PC proud.
